Returns

You can conveniently return your order to the Fox's Fashion online shop within 14 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge.

Germany & Austria

Here's how to register your return:

1. REGISTRATION

2. ITEM SELECTION

Select the items you wish to return.

For customers in Germany: You will receive a QR code which you can save digitally on your smartphone or print out.

For customers in Austria: Download the generated return label as a PDF file using the "Download label" button. Print the label and affix it visibly to the package.

3. PACKAGING

Place the items back into the package, well-packed.

Please ensure that the items are in their original condition.

4. RETURN

You can drop off your package at one of the following locations:
Post office
DHL Parcel Shop
DHL Packstation
DHL Postman/Postwoman

There, the QR code will be scanned and the return label printed on site for you.

Your package will be returned to us.

5. REFUND

Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, the refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the order. This process can take up to 14 business days.
You can track the status of your return at any time during the return process.

Netherlands & Belgium & Spain & Italy

1. RETURN FORM

Please use the enclosed return form and state the reason for your return.
Please enclose the completed return form in the box with your return shipment.

2. PACKAGING

Carefully place the items back into the package.
Please ensure that the items are in their original condition .

3. RETURN

You can send your return via post, DHL or another shipping provider of your choice .
The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Please keep the tracking number until your return has been received and the refund has been processed.

4. REFUND

Once your return has been received and processed in our warehouse, the refund will be issued via the original payment method used .
